Dear Jon, It was a pleasure navigating your fantastic Website!  As someone who has been in the real estate business for about 40 years, and who now only does consulting, I found your website far more beneficial than any MLS site I have ever seen.  By using your website for research on the condo market in Daytona Beach, it provided me with everything I needed to know. Being a former marketing executive for a NYSE listed company which at the time, was the largest developer in the state of Florida, and 25th nationwide, I appreciate good marketing. Your Website markets the condos of Daytona Beach in such a way, it is easy to understand. Since Daytona Beach is unlike your normal residential real estate market, with mostly condos and condo-hotels, your site has everything broken down systematically.  Regular condos were grouped together and all identified.  The condo-hotels which are quite different were also grouped together.  Then with each property, you provide up to date information, along with listing all the properties currently for sale in each building. As I sat there spending time on your Website, I thought “What an easy way to shop for condos!  I can sit here on the computer, look at everything, and then pick out the 4 or 5 that I liked best, to go and see.” In my mind, it is an amazing way to find a property, because of the way your Website is set up. While I was researching condos there for a client, I couldn’t help finding a couple that interested me. When I had to sell my condo in Ormond Beach, the market wasn't moving. At all. Jon and Olga recommended that we remodel the unit, as the building is a tad outdated, but more affordable that most in the area. They did much more than recommend that we change up the look of the place - they basically did the remodeling themselves, and supervised any contractors where needed. When it was all done, not only did we sell the unit for a lot more than I thought we would, but I was so taken by the new look and feel of my condo, I was teary-eyed letting it go. I can't thank them enough for all they did.

  • Marketing and advertising your property in every venue that buyers use to search for homes. We’ll post beautiful presentation of the property to all real estate portals, send out direct mail, run ads on social media sites such as Facebook and much more. In short, we will do everything we can to ensure that your condo gets exposure, and that no matter how a potential buyer stumbles on it in their search, your property is the one they remember and want to see.
  • We handle all the tiny pesky details. Contracts, paperwork, condo docs and approvals – we make sure you are not inconvenienced by any of it if we can help it.
