When I had to sell my condo in Ormond Beach, the market wasn't moving. At all. When it was all done, not only did we sell the unit for a lot more than I thought we would, but I was so taken by the new look and feel of my condo, I was teary-eyed letting it go. Dear Jon, It was a pleasure navigating your fantastic Website!  As someone who has been in the real estate business for about 40 years, and who now only does consulting, I found your website far more beneficial than any MLS site I have ever seen.  By using your website for research on the condo market in Daytona Beach, it provided me with everything I needed to know. Being a former marketing executive for a NYSE listed company which at the time, was the largest developer in the state of Florida, and 25th nationwide, I appreciate good marketing. Your Website markets the condos of Daytona Beach in such a way, it is easy to understand. Since Daytona Beach is unlike your normal residential real estate market, with mostly condos and condo-hotels, your site has everything broken down systematically.  Regular condos were grouped together and all identified.  The condo-hotels which are quite different were also grouped together.  Then with each property, you provide up to date information, along with listing all the properties currently for sale in each building. As I sat there spending time on your Website, I thought “What an easy way to shop for condos!  I can sit here on the computer, look at everything, and then pick out the 4 or 5 that I liked best, to go and see.” In my mind, it is an amazing way to find a property, because of the way your Website is set up. While I was researching condos there for a client, I couldn’t help finding a couple that interested me.
