Under contract now.
Completely redesigned direct riverfront condo in Pendleton Club, Daytona Beach. New windows in bedrooms, new kitchen cabinets, all new appliances, new floors, new baths… Even the layout of the unit was changed to make it more open and spacious.
Open kitchen concept, making it look and feel larger. The kitchen was ergonomically designed so that most important appliances are always within easy reach.
A gorgeous wall of glass from wall to wall and floor to ceiling in the living room opens to breathtaking vistas of the river, beautiful Memorial Bridge (still under construction), and floods the space with natural light.
It is a corner unit, and that extra window in master bedroom makes a lot of difference. Not only does it allow for more river views, but it fills the room with light.
Pendleton Club Condominium has the best grounds of all riverfront condos in Daytona Beach. The property includes over 400’ on the river, a concrete boardwalk with benches, a dock you can fish from and much more. There is even a small but well tended community herb and veggie garden.
For the many warm and sunny days, there are well-appointed BBQ areas on a green lawn shaded by mature oak trees, and a pool with an oversized deck.
This poured-in-place concrete building can withstand even a category 5 hurricane. During 4 major hurricanes of 2004, Pendleton Club did not even lose power. So if you’re concerned about our temperamental hurricane seasons, this building is as safe as it gets here.
